Jack Smith Reveals Avalanche of Evidence Against Donald Trump

Special Counsel Jack Smith‘s team has submitted dozens of examples as to why Donald Trump should have a gag order imposed on him in the classified documents case.

In June 26 court filings, federal prosecutors compiled “all the exhibits in support” of their argument for Judge Aileen Cannon to set a gag order on the former president to prevent the Republican from making public statements which could pose a threat to law enforcement officials.
