Nvidia earnings top forecast, but Blackwell delay signal hits stock

Nvidia said it’s shipping Blackwell samples, a move that suggests delays to full delivery of its new flagship processor.

Nvidia posted better-than-expected fiscal-second-quarter earnings Wednesday, while unveiling plans for a $50 billion stock buyback, and said demand for its legacy AI chips remains strong ahead of shipments of its new Blackwell line of processors.
