Hurricane Milton is barreling towards Florida, but Anna Maria Island isn’t done picking up the pieces from Hurricane Helene. Police Chief William Tokajer gave CNN a ride-a-long tour of the island’s littered streets, and offered a grave message for those who choose to stay during the storm.
